Because we deal primarily with perishable goods, this policy is governed by strict food safety regulations. Our priority is to maintain the integrity of our products and the health of our customers.
Strictly No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any frozen or chilled food items.
Once a delivery has been completed and handed over, the “cold chain” (temperature control) is considered broken. We cannot verify if the products have been stored at the required temperatures (-18°C or below) after leaving our vehicles. To prevent any risk of foodborne illness or spoilage, these items cannot be returned to our stock or resold.
🔒 Key Note: Frozen and chilled food cannot be returned unless the items are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.
We strive to ensure every delivery arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or the product is faulty upon arrival, we will rectify the situation.
Definition of Faulty: This includes products with compromised packaging (torn seals), items that have thawed significantly during transit, or products that do not meet our quality specifications.
Inspection: Customers are required to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery in the presence of the driver where possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from what you ordered (e.g., the wrong weight or type of kebab meat), please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered or issue a credit/refund for the discrepancy.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide Evidence: You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage, fault, or incorrect item.
Preservation: Keep the product in its original packaging and stored at the correct temperature (frozen) until we have completed our investigation. Do not dispose of the product unless explicitly instructed to do so by our team.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:
Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Account Credit: At your request, we can apply the refund as a credit to your Fast Food Up account for use on your next order.
Replacements: If a replacement is requested, we will aim to include it in your next scheduled delivery.
